It's always a great evening of music when the James Annesley Quartet make one of their occasional appearances in Canberra. I think they deserve a lot more profile than they get. Their gigs feature a skillful mix of musical melodies and engaging rhythms. Their last number demonstrated this clearly - an outstanding rendition of my favourite tunes by this group - "Giraffe", and I've never heard them give it such a working over! Thanks guys.
