For a week in the middle of May, several leading musicians, including Mark Isaacs, Jamie Oehlers and Stephen Magnusson, came to the ANU School of Music to hold public workshops and give concerts, joining other leading musicians who teach at the school, such as James Greening. I was fortunate to sit in at several of these workshops and see the way that these musicians gave generously of their time and knowledge to encourage both secondary and tertiary music students. A couple of the concerts are on this site (Mark Isaacs Resurgence Band and the Oehlers Mackey Magnusson Zwartz gig at the Loft).
